Logicworks launched its Cloud Reliability Platform (CRP), full of industry-first automated functions and features, the CRP represents a major leap in innovation intended to better meet the high demand for software-driven cloud management services. Logicworks expects to onboard one hundred customers onto the CRP over the next year and projects that the company will surpass $100 million in revenue by calendar year-end, representing 50% year-over-year growth.

“Logicworks has long been in the business of transforming businesses, helping them leverage the cloud to fuel innovation and drive long-term success,” said Kenneth Ziegler, CEO of Logicworks. “As the demand for cloud accelerates, and scarcity of talent continues to rise, Logicworks’ platform fills a critical gap, serving as a cloud force multiplier for our customers that don’t want to permanently employ a systems integrator or incur the high costs of employing large teams of cloud management experts.”

Logicworks CRP enables Site Reliability Engineering practices to bridge the gap between developers and cloud operations — providing the automation, tooling, and telemetry needed to operate AWS & Azure at scale to help customers achieve:

  • Velocity – Platform components combine to dramatically accelerate operational success on the cloud; leverages standardization baked-in to accelerate time to production;  significantly reduces manual work to innovate more securely.
  • Security & Governance – Proactively scans customers’ environments to validate configuration, security, and services preferences; configures data retention schedules;  leverages AI/ML to detect the presence of high-risk data like personal information, credit card numbers, and healthcare information.
  • Transparency & Optimization – Time to resolution is only as fast as a company’s ability to identify an issue.  Logicworks’ platform integrates cloud-native and third-party ISV tooling to enable cloud operators to quickly identify the issue and begin remediation via a single pane of glass.

Added Ziegler, “Companies can spend months or years and millions of dollars trying to nail the automation, governance, compliance & operational requirements of building and scaling cloud infrastructure. With the Cloud Reliability Platform, customers get to leverage our years of development and experience driving hundreds of successful outcomes. By working with Logicworks, they can focus on developing exceptional products and growing their business.”
